Lucas Sales Company LLC reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline your order at our sole discretion due to stock limitations or pricing errors. Your order is not fully accepted until it has been processed and confirmed by us via email. 4. Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy Summary

  • Shipping Terms: We ship exclusively within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations).

    • Orders from $0.01 to $99.99 incur a $20.00 Flat Rate Shipping Fee.

    • Orders of $100.00 and above receive Free Shipping.

    • Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Sat). Handling time is 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat) and transit time is 1–7 business days (Mon–Sat), resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 2–9 business days.

  • Return Terms: We accept returns reported within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in New condition—unopened, unused, in original packaging with all manuals and accessories included. We accept returns for both defective items and buyer's remorse. Authorized returns incur No Cost ($0.00) for return shipping (prepaid labels are provided via download and print). We charge $0.00 Restocking Fees.

  • Refund Terms: Once returned items are physically inspected at our facility, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Processing takes up to 7 business days once initiated, depending on your financial institution.
