We ship exclusively within the Continental United States (the lower 48 states).

  • Please Note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed before midnight are recorded on that business day.

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays).


4. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, your order is handed over to our standard ground freight/parcel carriers.

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days in transit (shipped Monday through Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–9 business days from the day you place your order.

Please note that transit timelines are realistic estimates provided by our carriers. While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, unexpected carrier delays due to extreme weather or supply chain interruptions can occasionally occur.


5. Delivery Requirements for Large/Freight Items

For large equipment or oversized shipments:

  • A valid phone number must be provided at checkout so the delivery driver can contact you to schedule a drop-off window.

  • Freight deliveries are standard curbside delivery.

  • Please inspect the outer packaging of your shipment closely upon arrival. If you notice any significant structural damage, please document it clearly with the driver before signing for delivery.


6. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your items leave our warehouse facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link will be sent to your inbox so you can monitor your delivery step-by-step.


7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives with physical product damage or appears to have been lost by the carrier network, please reach out to our support team within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of any product damage so we can quickly arrange a replacement or solution.
