How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed, packed, and prepared for carrier pickup within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official US public holidays).

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii?
No. We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We strictly do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your items leave our partner distribution networks, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number and direct tracking link will be sent to your inbox so you can monitor your delivery step-by-step.
2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy window?
We structurally accommodate returns within our standard storefront data framework. You must report your product issue and initiate an official return request within 30 days of the tracked carrier delivery date.

What condition must the item be in to be accepted?
To maintain processing compliance, any product returned under our standard framework must be in brand new, unused condition, completely unopened, in its original structural box and packaging, and include all original manuals, components, and proof of purchase. We discourage accidental orders or sudden changes of mind to maintain logistical integrity across our freight pipelines.

Who pays for return shipping costs?
For items matching our approved return data criteria, Lucas Sales Company LLC provides return shipping labels at No Cost ($0.00) to the customer. You must first contact our support team to receive a pre-authorized mailing solution. Unapproved packages sent to our headquarters without a return file will be automatically rejected.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is physically received and inspected at our facility, we will email you regarding your approval status. If approved, your refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you notice any significant structural damage, document it clearly with the delivery driver before signing for the package and contact our support team within 5 business days with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement solution at no cost to you.
