You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Shipping Instructions: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions on how to send your package.

Requirement: Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated facility.
4. Fees & Costs

Return Shipping Cost: As per our policy, you are responsible for the return shipping costs for your order.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for authorized returns.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refund Processing Time

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or not.

Timeline: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
